Terms of Service

1. Service Description

easyfunnel.co provides analytics and conversion funnel tracking services for websites and applications. The service includes a client SDK, a web dashboard, API endpoints, and an MCP server for AI-assisted analytics.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Plans & Billing

  • Free trial: 14 days, no credit card required, full access to all features
  • Indie plan: $5/month — unlimited projects, 50,000 events/month, 12 months data retention
  • Startup plan: $15/month — unlimited projects, 500,000 events/month, 24 months data retention

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments.

4. Event Limits

Event limits are soft caps. If you exceed your plan's monthly event limit, your data continues to flow and we will notify you by email. If usage exceeds 2x your plan limit, we reserve the right to throttle event ingestion until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to collect data in violation of applicable privacy laws
  • Send fabricated or spam events to the ingestion API
  • Attempt to access other users' data
  • Resell the service without permission
  • Use the service to track users without their knowledge where legally required to disclose

6. Data Ownership

You own your data. We process it on your behalf to provide the analytics service. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising. You may request a full export or deletion of your data at any time.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for data loss due to service interruptions.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, your data is retained for 90 days to allow for export, then permanently deleted. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
