Terms of Service

1. Service Description

easyfunnel.co provides analytics and conversion funnel tracking services for websites and applications. The service includes a client SDK, a web dashboard, API endpoints, and an MCP server for AI-assisted analytics.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Plans & Billing

• Your first 10 conversations each month are free — no card required.
• Paid plan: $19/month for 100 conversations, with voice calls included.
• Conversations beyond your monthly allowance are 20¢ each, drawn from prepaid credits.

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments.

4. Event Limits

Usage limits, if any, are agreed as part of your custom plan. Your data continues to flow and we will reach out before any change to your service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to collect data in violation of applicable privacy laws
• Send fabricated or spam events to the ingestion API
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Resell the service without permission
• Use the service to track users without their knowledge where legally required to disclose

6. Data Ownership

You own your data. We process it on your behalf to provide the service. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising. You may request a full export or deletion of your data at any time. Our processing of personal data on your behalf is governed by our Data Processing Agreement, and we use a limited set of sub-processors to deliver the service.

7. Recording & Visitor Consent (Customer Obligations)

If you enable voice or call recording for your agent, you are the data controller for your visitors' personal data, and EasyFunnel acts as your processor. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to record and process your visitors and for providing any notice or obtaining any consent required in the jurisdictions where your visitors are located — including “all-party” / “two-party” consent laws in certain US states and EU member states.

EasyFunnel provides tooling to help you comply: an in-widget recording notice shown to visitors, a spoken recording notice from the agent, a configurable recording on/off switch, and defined retention. You remain responsible for your own compliance.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for data loss due to service interruptions.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, your data is retained for 90 days to allow for export, then permanently deleted. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
